Management of healthcare facilities

Through our Bali-based operations team, we provide the full day-to-day management of healthcare facilities — keeping institutions running smoothly, compliantly and commercially.

  • Accounting and finance Bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll and budget control, with monthly dashboards for owners and investors.
  • Inventory and supplier relations Stock management for pharmacy, consumables and medical equipment, with vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Operational management of the facility Day-to-day running of clinical and non-clinical operations, staffing, scheduling and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Insurance relations and claims handling Contracting and ongoing management of BPJS / JKN and private payers, including credentialing and claims processing.
  • Medical evacuation coordination Logistics, partner network and protocols for domestic and international medical evacuations when complex cases require it.
  • Maintenance and upkeep Hard and soft facility-management services post-handover, preventive maintenance and biomedical-equipment servicing.
  • Legal support Specialist counsel in case of disputes, regulatory enquiries or contractual issues, in coordination with local law firms.
